My current Adsense account is using a Canadian bank info, and address. The website for which this account is tied to has been acquired recently in a purchase. The bank account I use is overseas.

From what I understand, I need to reopen a new account if I change my address from Canada to Overseas. I am aware that a change of address probably means I need to reopen a new account, and the Adsense code throughout the entire website, which in turn means I could have a drop in CTR, and ECPM, correct?

Can anyone tell me what the smoothest approach to all this should be? Any help is much appreciated
