Google Ads pointing to Dead Links?

Why do I see google adsense advertisements pointing 404 error pages.

I noticed a new ad on my site by google. Here is how it reads:
Google Engage Program www.google.com/sem
Join Google's New Program for SEMs Get Free Help In Selling AdWords

When I checked the poroperties, the Ad URL points to:
[google.com...]

Which is a DEAD LINK?

Is anyone else seeing this?

Can I filter it without filtering every Google ad?
EX: www.google.com/ads/engage2011/ will this work in the competitve ad filter?

Yes, you can filter that exact url without banning ads from the root domain or others. Enter it as you typed it above and it will block that specific url ad.
