Message Too Old, No Replies

Are you clicking "report issue" in the new interface?

I hope so, or we may lose critical functionality.

It's clear the new interface will be "TURNED ON" at some point in the not to distant future, what functionality will you lose? Please report some issues!

I use the new interface, "report issues", and before logging off always switch back to, and use, the old interface. I'm hoping this serves as a vote for the old interface until the new interface brings forward all the functionality of the old interface.

Missing features:
Reporting URL channels, by channel and day, (BOTH feature) If you want to analyze performance on a daily basis, this feature is critical.
Templates. Existing templates are gone?

Almost useless features:
Data by Bid Type (CPM or PPC). Without accurate CPM impression data this information has limited utility other than confirming how poorly CPM pays for certain types of sites.
Pagination of results. Now you must scroll and use the pagination buttons. How about a default ALL setting. I'd far rather just scroll through all the data. I have generated some reports that took the browser "minutes" to render! I can live with that as long as I can still get the data.

Desired features:
Close the graph? Many times I just want to see the data.

Other:
Excessive clicks for the same information in the old interface. Granted new functionality may require additional navigation.

I've used "report issue" for all of the above, minor, or major. I really don't want to lose functionality.
(For example I just learned IE7/IE8 dumped the "save offline" feature when I needed it the other day. A disappointment!).

I want to be able to set the default time period on the Dashboard, and KEEP it that way.

In the upper right hand corner of the new interface is a "report issue" link. It's a very fancy utility that has issues itself.

Once you click this link you're asked to click on the page to take a snapshot of the issue. You can also highlight areas of the page to further indicate the problem, and black out areas of the page where you are concerned about your own privacy. Most importantly you can then type up text describing your issue. OF COURSE you are assured you will hear absolutely no reply, but be assured we are listening.

I'd hope if enough publishers used this "report issue" utility, improvements could be made before the big transition (and loss of functionality) we all know is coming.

Perhaps ASA would like to stress this as well? I'm fairly certain there will be a day you can't go back to the old interface. I'm not looking forward to it!

The old interface was good for the daily snapshot that offered a complete view with one page. However, for almost everything else, and after resetting Page Views instead of Individual Ad Units as default, I think the new interface is a major improvement. The help popups may be annoying at times though, it's too easy to mousover them accidentally and they then stay visible for too long.

What I am missing are logical operators for the filter option like AND and OR.
Or 2-3 more filter input fields to filter reports more effectively and compare results

I want to be able to set the default time period on the Dashboard, and KEEP it that way.

If you use the "Set as Default Report" button located at the top of the Performance Reports page, it will save the current settings such as the time period and the number of rows when you log out.
It might be good, though, to be able to display more than 50 rows.

Also, as I suggested before, I'd prefer that the "Estimated unpaid earnings" and
"Last payment" amounts on the Overview page be replaced with "Yesterday's earnings" and "This month's earnings". Or make the Overview page customizable so that you can set it to display your favorite stats.
