Odd trend starting on my websites for Sunday & Monday

My Sunday & Monday eCPM is down. Tuesday is huge. Every other day is normal

I've noticed a strange trend the last few weeks. My Sunday & Monday eCPM is down about 20-30% from my Tuesday through Saturday eCPM.

It is strange because my site has been online for over 10 years and during that time, Mondays were always our biggest days (from a traffic and eCPM/earnings perspective).

Then suddenly in the last 3 weeks, Mondays are now in the dumps (traffic is fine). Then Tuesdays we get huge days, like record setting days totally eclipsing our bad Monday.

I'm wondering if the stats/clicks/earnings are for some reason being consistently delayed on Sunday/Monday and ending up on Tuesday's stats? From a pageview perspective it does not appear that way, but from an earnings perspective it appears that some earnings are carrying over.

Anyone else seeing this?

Check your analytics.

Perhaps you're not getting the same visitors for the same terms on Monday that you used to get.

Yep, I've been seeing irregular Mondays as well, especially during August, even though all my metrics look normal, although the funny thing is last Monday my actual clicks were lower than average, CTR was -28% yet earnings were the second best day of September with my EPC +33%!

Something strange seems to be happening, for instance I had my best day of 2010 on Friday yet Saturday saw my EPC ~27%!

I don't think I've ever seen such huge daily swings. I've seen them gradually go up and down and generally 90% of them are within my normal range, so the simple answer is I seem to be mostly normal with a few very random wild days, no idea!
