What do you think? Will they work this time?
I tried Google CPA ads before, with no luck. I did not earn one penny.
Then Google killed them. I speculate it was because webmasters did not respond to the effort/reward ratio offered/experienced. Advertisers were using the CPA ads as free CPM advertising, and they could not have cared less about click-throughs. This irked many webmasters, who ended up offering free real estate.

But this time, they are the "Google Affiliate Network".
Could be a new day. Could be meat, might be cake.

While your AdSense ads are automatically targeted, you will select which Google Affiliate Network advertiser programs to join and then choose which affiliate ads to add to your site.

You may promote Google Affiliate Network ads on your site. If you endorse the product that you are referring, feel free to let your users know. By adding your personal review of the products you refer, you can help your users make more informed choices.

Note that you may not promote or call attention to AdSense ads in the same way.

It sounds just like the previous system, with another try.
