Is it possible to track PSA impressions? I'm still seeing tons of PSAs when viewing the cached version of different URLs.

Do they cache all the google content network ads?

Tracking PSAs is simple if you implement the alternate ads page.

You can simply check how many times the alternate ad page is displayed from your log analysis.

[google.com...]

However, what you see in cache pages has nothing to do with what's displayed on your site because AdSense is live in cache, you're not seeing cached ads, you're seeing a real ad and Google has bugs with showing ads in cache.

I brought up the issue over a year ago, they said they were going to fix it, then said it was complicated, then said nothing at all, just swept it under the rug.

Situation Normal.
