It's been more erratic this week - first couple of days great, then a couple of subpar days, then an average day, and now a slow day so far. But if it is Labor Day affecting my pages (my market is mostly US), it makes sense, because today is either a day someone takes off to make a 4-day weekend, or the day someone gets back to work and has to spend the morning catching up.

It comforts me to microanalyze.

Good Sunday and Labor Day was the best earning day this month so far. Today, super slow. Stats stuck. 11:08 am here.

Definitely horrible Tuesday. Same traffic, 75% click reduction and very low paying ones. 6:10 pm.

So far, for me in the UK, September is looking extremely poor - maybe 30% down on August which was only average for me.

if traffic is same, how come ad revenue suddenly plummet? is this adsense thingy all manipulated and fake, they give us what they feel like giving and when they dont feel like they push a button and suddenly everything finished

OK...this is when I screw-up my earnings, thanks guys!

So far in September my daily average is +10% over August, quite simply my uptick from mid-August has continued with a slightly higher EPC.

I guess the maintenance weekend may put an end to that?!

I only noticed since I went to check yesterday's earnings...and there are other reasons for looking at the stats you know:-)

And they're weirdly stuck. I have an AdLink channel showing 9 impressions whereas the full url channel shows only 1 impression for the entire day so far!

I'm getting a LOT more traffic since "Instant" but it's all garbage traffic. Lots of 1 cm in length keywords. What a mess.

It's been quite a few weeks since a data loss day for me however my second biggest AdSense site has almost been obliterated. So far after 12 hours it has not reached 10% of an average day...if this continues it will be its worst-ever day since March 2003, the beginning if you were wondering:-)

Always nice, when noticing that your stats are horrible, to at least pay a visit to WW and realize there's a "stats stuck" thread.

Yep, my "stuck" site never recovered ending up about 33% of average, totally and utterly borked (thanks jmcc) ... otherwise all looked more or less normal.

Just how does one url channel get stuffed like this?

6 1/2 hours to go but today it appears that is going to be the worst day ever in years. Lots of traffic (200% increase actually) but few clicks. Instant Search to blame I guess.

The choice under "Since last payment" looks broken. Is that off by a year or something?

I have no idea what's been happening in the last 48 hours but it "seems" to be blowing through and going back to normal for me.

Some of the most bizarre ups/downs/ctrs/confusion for quite a while.

Has it been the "instant" intro or something else considering, insofar as I am concerned, it has been fairly stable for a few weeks?

The next couple of days will show for sure however I have to wonder just how many people Google have pi$$ed off with "instant"? I am having phone calls, texts, e-mails etc from customers, friends and techie literate family asking what the hell is going on!

Trust me G, when I cannot give answers for your actions YOU have a problem.

And...I never believed this would happen, (those who know my beta development history with G will understand) I am now having to use Bing as my default search engine!

Why? Because it now delivers what G used to without all the garbage.
