Long tail site - finding URLs which get adsense clicks

Is there a way to find out which URLs make adsense income with a large site which has more than 100k URLs?
I would like to remove all URLs where there are no adsense clicks in the last x days.

I haven't used Google Analytics for a while since I think it hurt my site's rankings ('cause bouncing rates), but if I remember well you could see which urls make you money with Adsense through Google Analytics. You have to link your GA and Adsense accounts.

Thanks cien, I was thinking about it, and about third party products like asRep ... It's not easy to find the best performing URLs with a 100k URLs site

It is easy with Google Analytics -- even for a 100K site
