They should have waited untill march 31 or april 1 to let it synchronize with taxes cicles. For those of us living in the EU but not in Ireland, it makes necessary new taxes forms.

I think this is only for countries where it was optional to choose between US and local currency.
The new contract for Irish publishers is an amateurish cut and paste of the UK T&C. They didn't even have the brains to change the legislative references and jurisdictions.
