Adsense hasnt changed much in say... Five years?

Being in the AdSense program now for five years I would say otherwise. When I started five years ago, there was much less functionality:

• No AdLink blocks
  
• Very few channels available
  
• Custom channel data was only available after a few days
  
• No AdSense for domains, feeds or mobile devices and only rudimentary AdSense for search
  
• Only one custom channel per ad block
  
• Only text ads
  
• Colors, borders etc fully managed in the Cut-n-Paste JavaScript code
  
• No site diagnose
  
• No AdSense on password protected sites
  

just to name a few
