How Long to Receive Response from Adsense Support?

As 15th is approaching i need to remove my pin hold the alternative way . Recently i contacted them through the form that appeared after my last pin attempt was over . Now i am waiting for any response from the support but i am tensed for the time they are going to take to get back to me. How long you all get the reponse from them ? its still not 48 hours so i have a little hope .... plz reply your experience with the support. thank you .

My experience is that their support is pathetic.

It's January 3rd and a Sunday. 48 hours ago was friday, Jan 1, which is a holiday. If there is anyone working support on a holiday weekend, it is only for emergencies, not routine business.

aah thanx guys for the replies , it matters more that they reply quite before 15th jan and solve my problem coz i m stuck :-s with this PIN hold which dint reach me . Lets see will i add to another victiom of poor adsense support . :)
