I believe in doing the same: contacting people for more than complaining or asking favors... to say thanks. I never thought about it this way with Adsense.

I don't know what changes were made at the AdSense team this year, but without question this has been the year that they have done more for publishers than any other year that I can recall.

That's a great idea, MB. I'm sure the Adsense and Adwords teams tend to hear mostly the flack and not enough positive feedback. I think a lot of people don't post when their earnings are up so as not to brag or hurt some of the less Adsense fortunate posters' feelings, so I'm sure ASA hears a lopsided view of the negative comments and not enough from people doing really well with Adsense.

I appreciate both AWA and ASA hanging out here in spite of all of the negative comments often directed at their products.

Last year I sent a Chistmas E-Mail to the (German) support team and thanked them for their support and cooperation (truly and without any sarcasm).

I treat Google as a business partner and it is very common to send holiday greetings to all business partners.

I for one am Thankful for Google and the income they provide me. It's so easy for everyone to complain on here about Google but have you considered life without Google? If you have already found a better alternative then you shouldn't even be reading this.

I thought the card was a really nice gesture. Google might be out of favour but the current Adsense Adviser has been fabulous and deserves a million cards. I'm only sorry I didn't manage a limerick. Every person we deal with on here is an actual human and has feelings and things.

Maybe if we are nice the 20% time next year could be developing weapons to fight the accountants.
