I have a gaming site and I promote it with AdWords.

All my AdWords ads points to landinpage.html.

The call to action in the landing page is either play without registration or to register and play with benefits like appearing in the leaderboard.

My AdWords CPC is between $0.10 and $0.12.

Adsense pays me between $0.01 and $0.16 per click.

Is it a good idea to include AdSense in this page or should I wait for the user to register on the site? And remove all ads from the landing page?

If I pay $0.12 for someone to visit my site and the first thing the user does is click on one of my adsense ads that pays me $0.03... I am not a rocket Scientist but I dont think its a good business.

Dangerous, avoid it. Suddenly you could be put in the arbitrage cage
