Font size: does it work?

I just checked to make sure and, yes, an ad unit is set to large fonts. Does Google actually honor that setting? This unit is showing a very small font for most pages. I doubt that is helping my CTR any. Sigh.

Yes -- change it to small and in about 10 minutes or so you'll see the difference.

In our case, we've seen changing the font size to a bigger size worked well for ads that are wrapped within an article. The CTR and income from those ads saw a significant jump.

It's already coming out small. Will it get bigger if I change to small?
