You don't even know when you signed up? You would have gotten a confirmation email from them when your account was approved. You didn't save it?
I'm sorry but the idea of not saving important emails, at least until you're absolutely sure you'll never need them again, runs so counter to good email communication practice it's just, well it's just not good practice.
You're in for a long haul unless you can offer definitive proof as to who you are. This is exactly how it should be.
They keep asking whose email address it is and won't accept my answer, which is correct and keep directing me back to that silly reset page.
It's worth a shot anyway...
