Targeting Other Countries To Increase Earnings

Does anyone think there will be any consequences with adsense ( such as earnings or bad clicks ) if I target India and South Africa with newly created pages that will specifically target those countries. Will it be worth the extra traffic or could it be negative for my U.S. based pages? There seems to be little competition there with my niche.

Errr how do you achieve that fantasy?

Statistically for the last 12+ years my second biggest audience has been India.

I didn't do anything in particular to attract that attention. South Africa is in there somewhere.

BUT

After day one [2003 AdSense and 1998 and earlier, the actual Net] and even earlier in fits and starts, I am unaware of anyway you can target a particular geographical area for your content.

I meant to, add I don't know how to target India or elsewhere.

Maybe there is a genius somewhere who knows better.

Maybe target is the wrong term. I meant to say "creating content that most likely only valuable to certain people in a country such as india, and would result in a higher percentgage of clicks from that country"
