Abnormal daily fluctuations

Huge range of daily earnings with constant traffic

The last 3 months have been perplexing in that my daily earnings deviate so radically from the average.

I have a few days of double the average and then a day or two with half the average. The flux seems to be independent of time of month, page impressions, number of clicks and CTR.

The sites serving the ads have not changed much in a long time and perform very well in the SERPs. Apart from regular monthly seasonal fluctuations there seems to be no reason for this much variation in the daily earnings.

P.S. My monthly earnings are 60-80% up on 2008.

All I've noticed in recent months is that if CTR goes up then EPC goes down. Next day if CTR goes down EPC goes up. Some days both go down, some other days both go up.

A roller coaster with the same steadily increasing traffic. Absolutely no idea why?
