Yeah, it is kind of late in the month not to get it yet but the general consensus is that the PIP appears on the last Tuesday of the month (even though we have gotten it sooner sometimes) - so hopefully sometime today it will appear.

Well Google is pretty spot on the mark in paying. From memory only once before have they ever had a mess up which was promptly rectified.

It's human nature. Follow the stock market for decades and you will find prices rise in anticipation of news and then fall after the news announcement. Even if the news was better than anticipated.
