I want know that Google Ad Manager just accept adsens codes or we can insert other ads codes from different networks like YPN , chitika or adbrite ? can we insert anything there or just adsense code ?

It will work with code from other networks.
As a matter of fact, using AdSense is optional.

Yes, you can do that.. also you can set the number of impression caps for the ads.
I am using admanager without other network and it works pretty well!
