and asking such things on fora frequented ( nay infested ) with their reps and pr people isn't the best way to be keeping your head down and taking care of business ;)...because they are not known for thinking that they need to give reasons nor for all eventualities to be covered or not ..and thus excluded by their non featuring in their TOS ..

Unless youre concerned about the advertiser contacting you then forget the issue, what matters now is will it make you money? If so do whats right for your site. Its your site remember, not Googles!

I don't know if it's officially against the TOS, but if they contacted you I don't see a problem. Go for it.

That's it Swanny..they contacted me....and if they didn't tell me they were already advertising on my site via adsense....I would have never known it anyway

I have been with adsense for over 6 years and would never intentionally put my status in question.

IMHO there's a lot worse things you could do that have a relationship with a company who contacted you first.
