I have a site which is at the top of the results of more 10 lakh pages, but my earning are pathetic. I found out my earning are low because the niche I selected is very local, so I get only very local traffic only. The ads on the niche are just a handful. The result is that the same ads are repeating from years and people are getting bored seeing those ads.... forget about clicking them.

I found that the only option I have is to add a 2 more or so niches.

My Questions?

1) Will my google ranking go down because of my adding new niches in my niche itself? I mean I am at the top of the result for my niche. Will my adding new niche, pull me down.

2) Will my page do well in the new niche I am adding compared to existing site that already have that niche. Or will page have to through the sandbox all over again for that niche?

3) Will adsense have a negative impact because of unrelated niches or less related niches ?
