Unauthorized sites with my Adsense ID

What does it mean when Google itself is among them?

When checking the allowed sites for my Adsense code, I noticed among authors quite a few instances of Google search engine itself being described as an 'unauthorized' site. What is the meaning of this? How can my code have been displayed on Google search engine results?
Would it be appropriate to include Google.com as an allowed site?

Your pages are being viewed from Google's cache. It will be difficult for you to "enable" Google's cache as a legitimate source of clicks, without disabling the filter altogether.

I am really not sure, but then one thing you can do is add the search engines by domain example google.com or google.co.in or (whatever), whenever it appears or whatever appears on the unauthorized list. Another thing is many times it will be numbers which are just ip address of google. Just entering the IP address can help you find the domain name.
