Third Party Ads Preference -- new option

just noticed a new "Third Party Ads Preference" in the account settings. i suppose they must have introduced it at the same time as they introduced all the extra image ad networks. it doesn't say that it's image ad specific though.

i'm guessing it's similar to google's interest-based ads.

Yes, with the only difference being that these third parties are not allowed to get visitor-preference-information from your site.
They have to get the information from somewhere else, which I guess is good for us. No need to re-write our privacy policies.
