I got my pip two days ago. Ohio.

No doubt it will be processed Tuesday as more or less usual but actually entered days later to coincide with money in my bank.

I was waiting for this thread to get started but I was hoping that those in an later time zone might post that they got their PIP's meaning we in the US would be getting ours soon too!

I'm not calling myself psychic or anything but I'm hoping for a PIP showing tommorrow - if so that means I can spend it tommorrow as well! So I am keeping my fingers crossed!

I see someone posted that they got their PIP Friday - a person from the states. don't know if they are getting paid by check or by bank transfer but I'm guessing that since the month will end next week - the snail mail checks may be going out the soonest?

Of course we don't know how Adsense - in what order - sends out the payments - and they are not telling us either. so the guessing game continues..................................

Rose, there is nothing "odd" about this, my goodness, it's now 8:55am Google time on Tuesday, the 25th of August, LOL!

Looking back at the Payment Issued days, they are normally on a Tuesday or Wednesday, so this is still very early on Tuesday Google time.

You know what, if you tell yourself not to expect it in your account until the 30th or 31st, then you're always pleasantly surprised when it shows up early, instead of pissed that it seems to be late.

Right on netmeg! Personally, I don't like it when we get paid early because it then seems longer before the next payment. Always be thankful for getting paid, when many people aren't these days!

Actually reading some of the replies since I last posted has given me "food for thought". First of all with due respect to Billy S - I'm glad you weren't right about this one because my PIP showed up! Took a look at it around 8 something am like someone said and was disappointed not to see it! Now its 2pm my time - 11am - Adsense time and that's when my PIP showed up!

And to Wolflover - you are so right about being thankful for getting paid! I know that there are a lot of people who have said that they didn't get their first adsense payment for a couple of years! And there are those who have posted that they have made something like $10 a month average with Adsense! (And I won't even BEGIN to talk about those who have lost their jobs period and /or are not getting paid because of some reason or another!

I'm just thankful my PIP showed up! Mine is Philly - EFT and I don't know about the rest of you but I'm spending some of that money before the day is over!

Here's an idea? Since some of us are trying to figure out what kind of order that Adsense pays it's publishers - how about besides listing our general location and whether or not we get a regular check or an EFT transfer - how about we also state how long we have been with the Adsense program?

Starting with myself I have been with the Adsense program for 2 and a half years. Usually after the first 2 or 3 posts from those in the States - who get their Adsense payments via EFT - I know that my PIP should be showing up sooner rather than later.

It seems that there are some months when those in places like India start getting their payments first and then in some other months those in Europe and US start getting theirs first.

So still haven't been able to pinpoint exactly in what order Adsense pays its publishers?

Consider some programs I've been part of, AdSense is regular as clockwork. Tell yourself you'll be paid by the last day of the month (or two days past whenever you usually get it) and forget about it, because if you've made the quota and haven't been banned, you are always paid.

I think its "maddenly" fun to go through this every month and appreciate those that also contribute and take part. Respectfully I hope that we can agree to disagree.

Our payday was Wednesday's. Boss shrewdly discerned two things.

a) Early money made for "happy wives".

b) Astute "happy wives" could [back then] shop for grocery bargains not available for people paid Thursdays / Fridays.

For the "smart alec" cynics among you whom have never known hard times, I make a very solemn promise:
