What happens if you sell a site?

What happens if you sell a site (I have three others) to my adsense account... if the new buyer should does something against TOS... could that cause a problem for me in the future?

And where is the best place to sell a site?

If the site is the new owner's property and runs the new owner's ads, why should you be concerned?

You don't sell it WITH your account, you remove all your AdSense from it; the buyer would have to use their own AdSense.

As for where to sell it, I have no idea. Maybe eBay?

Do I need to contact adsense to let them know I no longer own the site? What happens at google analytical stats? Do I delete the site there too?

Just remove the domain from your list of "allowed sites" in setup, done.

I doubt if anything about AdSense is that simple today.

Probably a good idea, especially if you know the buyer will be putting AdSense on the account. Better to be safe than sorry.

If this is the site you used to get approved for AdSense in the beginning you may need to be reapproved with some other site if you want to continue using AdSense.

The site I am thinking of selling was not the one I used to open my adsense account...
