Are you sure iBill?

I thought they changed it on 05.05.05 and did it per page now?

Certainly my logs are pro-rata my pages to AdSense Page Impressions...must go check this out!

The overview reports on the first page only show page impressions.

You can run advanced reports by Page impressions or Ad Impressions, that's your criteria.

However, I'll revise my original concise answer to be:

1 page impression
2 ad impressions

It makes sense for AdSense to push page impressions because it makes the CTR look so much better.

Which would you rather have, a site showing 82K ad impressions with a 0.37% CTR or the same site displayed as 7.5K page impressions with a 4.08% CTR?

It's all smoke and mirrors.

Which will earn you the most money? Two Adsense or one Adsense and one Adbrite?

I'd be surprised at any answer other then two Adsense. Adbrite doesn't convert well, the ads are not so well targeted.
