Hi Asbar_Ali,

I'm not sure I understand your question. Not having a hold on your account is a good thing. Having earnings increase day by day is also a good thing! :)

Can you explain what the problem is?

How payments work
AdSense payments are made on a monthly schedule. If your account balance reaches $100.00 in any month, we'll send your payment before the end of the following month, provided there are no holds on your account. For example, if your account balance reaches the payment threshold during November, we'll send you a payment at the end of December.

So if you just reached $100, you have to wait till the end of the month before Google will send a check for the amount of money you've made up to that date. It then takes 4-5 weeks for them to get the money to you as they have to review everything first. Assuming you just reached $100 in this month, they won't stop counting your money until August 31st, then youll get a check sometime in late September or early October.

i havent received any PIN yet

Back when we joined Adsense, it took a while to receive the PIN. It looked more like a promotional mail than anything important, so it could get easily put to the bin unread. (Ouch.)

Also, if you quickly reached the $100 mark, the PIN might still be underway.

BTW, reaching a human at Adsense support who reads and understands your mail and provides a meaningful answer, well, that seems to be rather difficult. (Just my two Cents. Others may disagree with me.)
