Temporarily inactive adsense account

Hello, I sold off a couple of content websites that had adsense running for 4 4 years, and currently I'm not serving adsense ads at all because I'm working on some new websites. This is just temporary 1-2 months in which I have a full adsense account but generating no page impressions - only temporary like I said. Does google deactivate such accounts, am I taking a risk here? Thanks for your help!

The TOS and Policies pages at AdSense are the best place to find an answer to this.

But I seem to recall there being an "inactivity" clause that they might use to close an account.

More importantly, I think that if you sold the site you originally were approved with you might need to be reapproved with a new site.
