Indian publishers - how to change payee name?

Some persons are saying that we can change the payee name , when i tried to change the payee name i dont know how to change it because there is no option to change the payee name ,

One of the persons who known to me give some money to change the payee name i deposited Rs.200 to change the payee name they was changed the payee name and given back my account .

Again i tried to change the payee name but i am unable to change it but how that person changed the payee name in india .

Can any buddy help me please tell me how to change the payee name .

I need it friends please help me to change the payee name.

Can't understand what you mean .. really.. seems very black hat.

For India accounts, you can't change payee name in the adSense interface., You may need to write to Google with appropriate reason. And I am sure, if you give the reason as mentioned above, you are going to be in ....trouble.

no YOU can change YOUR payee name go into YOUR account there WILL be option my account here WILL be option change YOUR payee name edit click on edit YOU can change YOUR payee neme .

Are you from India? If yes, and you have this possibility in your account, then you are certainly a previliged publisher with Google with special treatment. I hope you can share, how you managed to get this privilige, so that we can all benefit here..
