There's a funny little thing in their TOS that gives them the "right" to remove money from your bank account that is associated with your PayPal account. In MOST cases, they side with the buyer even when the buyer is a crook.
One time a customer claimed they returned merchandise to me, of which I never received it. I asked both the customer and PayPal numerous times what the tracking number is to PROVE this person sent my merchandise back. The customer never supplied one and yet PayPal STILL refunded him. So, I was out my merchandise, shipping, eBay fees, etc. AND the loser gave me a negative feedback on eBay.
I will NOT EVER use PayPal or eBay again. Deceptive practices.
I could write a book (and maybe I will) about the horrific experiences I've suffered at their hands, lol.
Sorry, I can't help with your original question, I'm in the USA and know nothing about payments to Bosnia publishers.
Anyone have any idea?
After doing some research on your behalf the answer seems to be...no!
There's only one course of action and that is to contact Google and ask.
Good luck but don't forget that the minimum earning's payout from Google is USD 100.00.
When i say "any" i mean any that will not take 30-40$ to send me 30-40$.
I wasn't sure if zvjezdan relaised there was a minimum $100.00 account earning's payout.
Is that correct about the $10? I haven't looked but I thought that Google sat on everything under $100?
but how much do they "take" for that?
Who is they?
A minimum $100.00 earnings still apply.
A cheque is a cheque however it depends how much your bank charges to put it into your account and/or convert it to local currency that may cost.
