Infolinks and Adsense?

Hi there. I've been trying Infolinks for about a month and even if it's not 'great', it's an ok way to earn some extra bucks.
The thing that concerns me is this: Infolinks uses Adsense custom search - wich means, some words will appear underlined in mi site, the user clicks on them and is redirected to a search in Google, with ads in them.
If the user clicks on the ads, I get paid a percentage of that.

Is that kind of practice legit or am I getting into trouble with this?

Infolinks has been working like this for about 2 years now, with the same methodology.

Any thoughts? I have disabled Infolinks momentarily in mi sites, because I fear to get in trouble with mighty Adsense (my number 1 income source).

Any feedback on this? Will I put my adsense account in jeopardy by using Infolink and their google custom search redirection?

haven't heard of it either, but it sounds like a horrible program
Driving traffic away from your site with a ~1% chance of making a few pennies off of it?
Don't even bother; stick with Adsense and maybe try a "Link Unit" if you think your users are likely to click on keywords.

But you know what? The revenue is actually quite good, I was making almost the same as with adsense - but sadly, I had to remove it because I'm not sure if I will get in trouble with Adsense or not...

Link units are good, but sadly they are not intext ads.

I think it is legit, since Infolinks, though contextual, is not in the same format as Adsense is (I just paraphrased what is on the Google ToS)

I have Infolinks on my site too, and they don't seem to be honest with the revenue reporting. Have got paid four times by Google since the time I put Infolinks and I am yet to cross $100. On the verge of it though, and once I am over $100, I am taking it off, I swear.

I find it better than kontera, VBM. Actually they giving me good revenue share. We are using it in site with adsense for 3 months now, no problem.
