Yeah, holidays are always downers for me... last month was good so this is disappointing.

Same for me, Swanny, last month for me was great, but I expected the holiday to be slow...

Enjoying the worst eCPM of all times on my main channel with 90% of earnings. Channel has nothing to do with US traffic, visitors are from my country, Hungary.

It started out all right Saturday morning but by late afternoon it was like someone put the brakes on the internet. It's almost amusing when this happens. Too bad it costs money. I suppose it will all come back around later, though. Maybe it will result in less of an end-of-month slow down.

Ewww indeed, this saturday was a real stinker, a near record low for the past year. Low CTR combined with low EPC.

Traffic has been down somewhat, but eCPM is stronger than usual, possibly because the people who are visiting my site on a summer holiday weekend are highly motivated and are actively researching purchases while their neighbors are off picnicking.

At least a holiday like July 4th passes quickly, unlike a series of World Cup matches!

My fireworks site did a boffo June; almost 40% over last year, but less than half of what I did the first four days of July last year. No idea why. Traffic is just under double, but clicks were under half.

But since it's a minor miracle it makes this much money at all, what the heck.

Time to get ready for Halloween.

On Saturday, July 4th, my impressions were low, but ECPM was good, so earnings were only a little bit down (Saturday one of my slowest days anyway), this morning it was awful, but was only showing like 4 channels, when normally there are about a dozen channels showing, so I figure it was stuck stats or whatever (I hope so anyway).

Sundays are normally one of my best days, so I'll see tonight what happens.

Holidays and holiday weekends have historically been good for me as far as earnings go. This one is not following that pattern.

Traffic is down 10 - 12% per day, instead of being up by that much, which is unusual, and troubling, because that's where the extra earnings seem to have come from in the past.

But I've checked some of my Google serps and it's pretty easy to spot where I lost the traffic, hopefully that's a temporary effect of whatever is going on with the serps in general right now.

My recent change to text only ads isn't helping earnings, but that's life, and I did that long enough ago that I think this weekends earnings stand on their own.

Ok, low week-end, but horrible Monday for eCPM :(

Weekend was OK. Today is way down so far.

yes, earnings decreased at the start of the month and is consistently going lower including today. Traffic is the same. May be because of July 4th... or may be google is changing something in their algorithms, since it is now passed the weekend.

For the amount of clicks so far today would have brought me around 18-20$
Instead, not even 7$... ouch.

Main channel today: lowest eCPM of all times today, beating the former lowest by 10% (Jul 4, 2009), 30% lower than the 30 days average. Traffic is down a bit, traffic measured by G down more (missing impressions?), CTR down, EPC down. Niche has plenty of advertisers - something is botched, I guess!

Sunday was great and today, my ECPM and CTR is through the roof, so this must mean that all impressions have not been counted yet.

Actually Sunday was a good day for me - I was surprised because Sundays are usually my lowest earning day of the week! Satuday wasn't too shabby either - definitely an improvement! - especially for it being a holiday weekend!

Every month is lower than the month before.
