I am creating a new custom search engine in adsense right now but when I hit generate code the code that is produced is stripped of all my customizations to the unit and pub-id.
Is anyone else seeing this?

Nevermind, just found a ongoing thread in the help forum of adsense. Lots of people running into the same issue.
