I've inserted adsense in my blog and now i am looking to integrate section targeting in it. Doing this in a single HTML file is quite easy but i am quite confused which files to edit in case of a WordPress Template.

I just want to know which portion(post body ,tags, etc) of which file(index.php singlepost.php etc) i've to wrap up with the section targeting code?

Any help would be higly appreciated.
