After a long wait, I've finally had Google remove my old "Ad Networks" option in AdSense so that I could have an Ad Manager account.

Ad Manager appears to be pretty straight forward so far, but frankly the main feature I'm after is to be able to set a minimum threshold for AdSense in order to reduce the low-ball site targeted advertisers. This was why I signed up for the Ad Networks option in the first place, but this part of it never worked as expected.

Does it work to set minimum site targeted CPM in Ad Manager?

Hi there,

AdSense competes with the CPM value you've entered for your remnant line items in Ad Manager. AdSense will only serve if it can pay you more than the competing network.

You can also use the Value CPM feature in Ad Manager to set a minimum threshold that AdSense must meet in order to serve.

Hope that helps!
