Adsense income decrease in Germany

Losse of adsense since April 2009

Since April 2009 many German publishers lament for fatal Adsense income losses up to -50 %. Is that fact in the USA too?

Additionally the "Google Suggest" box was implemented within these days, but I`m not sure that this could be the reason. If "Google Suggest" was the activator of these losses, I guess it should be the same in the USA, or not?

How long is "Google Suggest" active in the USA?
Und did the implementation effect the adsense incomes as negative as in Germany since that date? Or could it have another reasons?

From USA, Thankfully, I did some re-design work in February.
May CTR is up over lets say January. CPM is up also over January. Revenue per click is way down.
I shudder to think what things would be had I left the sites at status quo.
I'm hoping that the Revenue per Click is due to the current economic conditions. Waiting for the big turn around.

I think, economic influences would effect more slowly. Fact is: the 30% losses came overnight!

By now, it reached up to -60 % - since May.

Here in Asia to my experience .. more than 50% down in adsense income

For my site, May is looking almost exactly like April. Average EPC is up slightly, CTR and eCPM are down a tiny bit.
