Adsense and smartphones

I just bought a smart phone and have been playing around with it. I got around to looking at my sites and found that adsense is not displaying on them.

The phone is using windows mobile 6.x with nothing disabled (js, cookies etc)

These are not sites optimized for mobile but they do show up pretty decent in opera and explorer.

My question is, how does one go about setting things so that adsense will show when people browse your site with a smart phone? I see the adsense for mobile but it appears to me that is for pure mobile sites, not regular sites that can also be viewed on a mobile phone.

Anyway, with the trend toward phone browsing, I think I might be missing an opportunity if adsense doesn't show to mobile users.

Which browser are you using? IE on windows mobile does not support javascript. If you are using Opera for Mobile or Minimo you should be able to see adsense.

Can you see AdSense on other websites?

* Edit - My apologies, I just tested it (should have done that first...) and I do see ads in IE on Windows Mobile 6. After all the problems on WM5 (including no javascript support) I switched to opera and have never looked back.

I had tried it in opera for only one site. I'll play around with it later today and check my other sites and IE.

Also, my son has safari on his ipod touch so I'll try that also.

I'll post what I find after getting some more info.
