- if parts of the remaining site does not comply with TOS?

This is about a forum that in some parts probably does not comply with AdSense TOS because of "foul language" primarily.

However some parts of the forum is 100 pct. compliant with AS TOS like the fitness section.

Question is: Would it be ok to place AdSense on the compliant pages only - even if some other parts of the domain is not compliant with TOS.

Or does the TOS state that if some parts of the domain is not compliant with TOS then AdSense can not be placed anywhere on the domain?

Have you tried reading it?

I think the clue is in this.

Sites with Google ads may not include or link to:

#*$!ography, adult or mature content
Violent content
Content related to racial intolerance or advocacy against any individual, group or organisation
Excessive profanity
Hacking/cracking content
Gambling or casino-related content
Illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia content
Sales of beer or hard alcohol
Sales of tobacco or tobacco-related products
Sales of prescription drugs
Sales of weapons or ammunition (e.g. firearms, firearm components, fighting knives, stun guns)
Sales of products that are replicas or imitations of designer goods
Sales or distribution of coursework or student essays
Content regarding programmes which compensate users for clicking ads or offers, performing searches, surfing websites or reading emails
Any other content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity or infringes on the legal rights of others

Google doesn't have to follow their own rules. You do, however.

It's not fair. It's business.
