I've logged into my account and clicked on Adsense setup. According to Google the Adreview centre link should be between the 'Site Authentication' and 'Allowed Sites' links - but it isn't?
Do I have to signup to something, or is there a setting I need to activate somewhere to make this work?

Check the Competitive Ad Filter page, there should be an option/link to enable it.

When I read your reply levo I thought I had been really dumb and shouldn't have posted! However when I checked the Competitive Ad Filter page I couldn't see nothing that would enable me to activate the Ad Centre?
