1/6 of impressions seems to have disappeared compared to last Saturday even though traffic was higher. Was ad serving affected to?

I had a significant loss of impressions and revenue Saturday. Way off from what it should have been.

Impressions -18%
Clicks -29%
Earnings -38%

Sunday just started.

Impressions in normal range, but no clicks. So far earnings -99% for Sunday.

Second to lowest earning day of 2009 for me yesterday...EPC normal, CTR normal, my log traffic normal, Gooogle PIs...splat...nah, nothing was broken or lost was it?

Today so far? Forget it, completely fubard again! This programme seems to have stopped functioning for some of us and especially so on weekends.

This programme seems to have stopped functioning for some of us and especially so on weekends.

I agree and unfortunately for us the weekends are our busiest time for adsense earnings :-(

I never recovered. Every time "stats are stuck" I have my lowest totals of the month.

My Saturday impressions caught up to usual levels, but it was the worst earnings day of the year. I've seen similar results when stats were "stuck" in the past.

So, basically, the usual results for a day when G has troubles.

I'm praying G doesn't buy any major competitor in the near future - the process of integrating two different systems seems to cause serious persistent problems.

Another dial back earnings day, we've been circling the drain for a long time...

It would be good if we could have an official response from adsense as to why so many people's earnings are badly affected during these frequent reporting problems.

It would also be nice if we could have some response to the drastic drop in earnings many people have experienced over the last few months - is it all because of the recession or is it something else?

My severe drop in earnings began way back in October 2008 and it never recovered. Something was going on, and I was never able to figure it out. It's time for me to begin phasing AdSense out.

We also had our worst Adsense day in over 2 years yesterday. And we earn pretty consistently each and every day for the past 6 years. This might be related to some behaviour ad testing they are doing?

Azlinda my drop began at the same time with a semi recovery in March which then nosed dived again after I decided to add google analytics and link it to my adsense account.

mysticalsock, that sounds exactly like what happened to me. Perhaps we should consider getting rid of Google Analytics. In fact, I think I'm going to begin removing it from my site.

Sundays and Mondays are normally my best days. Right now, my main earning site, has about half the CTR of normal, therefore the ECPM is low.

Anyone else seeing this? Are stats stuck again I hope?

Sundays use to be a good day for me as well, but today is looking as bad as yesterday, which in itself was one of the worst of the year.

Today is the absolute pits. It may be only slightly better than yesterday which was ridiculously low.

I removed analytics a couple of days ago but then realised yesterday that I'd forgotten to remove the code from a few sections, so yesterday I removed it completely, then deleted all my adsense channels and started from scratch creating new channels and ad code. Today is the best day I've had in weeks but still nothing like it was pre October and it may just be coincidence.

Hi, mysticalsock, I'm busy removing the code right now. I really never went in to use the analytics anyway. I'm hoping that there will be an improvement once I remove the code. Thanks for the info!

I have to admit that I too notice incredible drops every day that the stats get stuck. There has to be something real to it with so many of us noticing it.

My Sunday earnings have always come mostly in the evening. I think it must be from people finally getting home and getting on the computer.
