I think you should contact the RSS feed provider if you have any doubts, but my answer is "Yes" - using their content provided by their feed on a website where you will display your advertising alongside is using their content for commercial purposes and yours would be a commercial site.

Your site would be selling a service - advertising.

You should know that lots of people have already been down the road you're considering and a number of them have lost their AdSense accounts. For the rest, it's just a matter of time.
