Since September 2008, each month less CTR than in the month before.

In March 2009 less than half CTR from September.

But now the trende shows a little bit in the other direction.

CTR is between February and March CTR.

The first time a up trend since September 2008

I'm with you: downward trend since september/october. There has to be a bottom at some point. Good thing EPC is staying strong.

To be honest things started to pick themselves up in the new year and have been steadily climbing with last month getting back to acceptable figures. However since Easter something has obviously changed somewhere along the line and whilst traffic is either the same or higher as previous the amount of clicks has dropped substantially.

My downward trend in CTR started in 2007. I would assume the "bottom" -- if there is one -- will be hit at different times by different sites.

CTR for me recovered in early April along with some recovery in eCPM and general earnings.

CTR, and everything else, started to decline in end January.

This is based on a year to year comparison not a month to month one.

Has the bottom been reached? I think not. Declines like this always have a short but hopeful recovery period followed by a cataclysmic final collapse. I no longer have a plan B, so I hope I'm wrong.
