High CTR in itself won't get you in trouble - but it might get you flagged for some kind of a manual review, so as long as your 150% sure your site is completely and thoroughly in compliance with TOS - shouldn't be a problem. But if there's even the slightly little thing that might be kind of on the edge - get rid of it.

You shouldn't be worried unless you're sending junk to those at the receiving end of the clicks.

Thanks for the replies. Dont think I have anything to worry about, checked and double checked im adhering to TOS, Ill no doubt check and double check again. Traffic is quality. It has been a long hard slog getting to this point but it looks like its certainly going to be worth it :0)

After the adsense code is quite a bit of information about widgets and japan so the pages have plenty of relevant content.

Do you know what percentage of your clicks come from these pages? I don't mean to alarm you, but my visual on the above seems a bit SPAMMY/MFA.

Different people here will have different opinions, but I would probably leave AdSense off those pages or do whatever I have to do to get some Japan widget listings ASAP.

I seem to recall two areas where you may be close to the line, if not a bit past it.

Double check the TOS again, looking for references to not putting ads directly under headlines, etc.

Also look for references to putting ads on empty (meaning no listings) directory style pages.

I could be wrong, but I think you may well be on thin ice.

You should be worried ... that you don't get robbed while depositing the fat check in your bank ;)
