how to filter adult ads

Well
we have some that some adults ads(text and site) are coming in our adsense ads...esp in doubleclick ad links.....

so how can we filter it...?

I guess you can report the same..
If no adult content is allowed as per Adsense TOS, then even adult ads should not be allowed.

All depends on what you call "adult" adverts.
Advertising p.o.r.n. is one thing, advertising rampant rabbits is another. Both adult, but one is allowed and the other is not.

our site is news site which has nothing p.o.r.n and 100% clean....
so many such ads keeps on appearing and appearing...so cannot use competitive filters as well...esp with referrals..or double click one

my site too does not have adult content, but there are words that can bring in adverts.

I have the word rabbit on my site. The cute fluffy kind. Yet, I have had adverts for vibrators (rampant rabbit).
I also have bears, yet the term "hairy bear" brings in gay adverts.

Without looking at your page, I am guessing your content could have a similar reaction to certain words.

I don;t understand what's so hard to give us publishers a selection of ads we wish to show/not show, base it on a rating system we like for our site to have. E.g. I'd like my site to be "G" or "PG13", dating ads don't belong in there.

Have you look at the Ad Review Center? I've found some mightly sleezy ads in there from time to time.

This issue keeps cropping up. All of us who are involved with sites for charities, youth organisations, churches etc would love to be able to put on a generic block for inappropriate topics.

Well you may get your wish, although I don't know how soon. I'm monitoring the AdSpace (contextual ad conference) hashtag on twitter, and apparently someone from AdSense just announced they are about to start beta testing category filtering options for publishers.*

*I sure hope they do it by site and not by account, but something is better than nothing
