I am a new member as well as newbie in this webmaster world. Actually I am a seasonal programmer and recently I am moving to web application development. I didn't know about Google Ads until one of my friend told me about it few months ago. To give it a try, I started to blog about programming topics (not interesting stuffs though) about three months ago. I told about it to my friends. So far so good it was going well. To my surprise, I got a warning message from Adsense stating that I got invalid clicks and might get banned from program just after two weeks I started blogging. It was automated message. What surprised me is that how did I get clicks while my topics are so boring. I suspected that some of my friend did that on purpose either to impress me or to mess with me. I asked (whom I used to call) my friends about it but they denied. I checked my account and found out that I didn't get banned however I earned few bucks (about $10) after a month of blogging and I have no idea how did it happened.
Recently I came up with an new idea, developed an simple application and just starting to host via hosting company (shared hosting). My site is online for about 3 weeks and of course with Google Ads. During this time I am still fixing minor issues regarding the design and other stuffs. I am planning to advertise my site with AdWords but before that I wanted to tell locals about it so they can spread a word. Currently I am informing various internet cafe's around my area. On the process my friends knew about my new site also. Again two days ago, I got a mail from Adsense informing that my adsense account have been disabled.
The exact cause was not revealed but the message was
===================================================
<snip>
Now I don't know what to do. I am screwed up even before I started. The letter doesn't mention what was the cause unlike the letter I received before. I suspect again somebody is jealous and tried to mess it up.
What I remember is while I was bug fixing the site after it has been hosted, I looked at my own pages to confirm its right but never clicked on my own ads. I don't think it will cause the termination like this. Currently I cannot blame anybody since I don't have any proof of who did that but biggest problem is how to convince the Google that I am innocent? I guess I am guilty as charged but not with my own doing but because of somebody I don't know.
I've read the FAQ on Disabled Account and appealed to reinstate my account using the appeal form the same day I got mail stating that it was not my fault but I couldn't provide the raw log file because when I downloaded the copy of log file from my hosting server, it showed my only the log of that day (not day before). I guess it is lost forever. Only today I found out that I can enable an option to achieve the raw log files daily in my cpanel. I guess this makes me more guilty. However, I can still check the IP addresses which accessed my pages via AwStats that my hosting company provides but it is not informative as raw log files.
I have searched about this and read few posting here in webmaster world dated 2005 with similar cases but I don't know how to explain my situation to Google or will they even believe this situation? Its been two days I haven't got any answer. Is it a good idea to re-appeal? Can I re-appeal with the copy of my AwStats log again? or how long should I wait before re-appealing again?
I considered Google for my long term plan. I was just getting started with my first ever web project. I had few other ideas which I might work it out in future but I am already out even before I got started.
I think my greatest mistake is:
1. All the things I did is from the nearest internet cafe I have access to. My blog and this new website. I uploaded the contents from the cafe. The cafe owner knows about my blogs and projects. Could he have done that to ruin my work?
Currently money is not the priority. I am willing to give back all the money which was not earned genuinely. What I want is my account back. How can I explain this to Google?
Any expert suggestion is greatly appreciated.

[edit reason] TOS [webmasterworld.com] [/edit]
Fortunately, we have some great posts on things to do if one should find their AdSense account banned. If you were innocent and had not violated Google's AdSense TOS, there are some things you can do to try to get reinstated.
