- I was just wondering why Google doesn't respond to my counter notice as it is legally entitled to do so. Tried sending the counter notice again and again, but no reply whatsoever. I tried to contact them at adsense support and I get automated replies with irrelevant answers. Can someone let me know how can I get in touch with Google and let them know of the problem? Thanks

Usually, it take 3-4 business day to get email reply. If you have rep, then you can directly email him/her.

From support ? Yes... automated, never answers your query and point you to a spammy google group. Then they have the cheek a few days later to send you a "how well did we do" email. Needless to say, they didn't score points.
