Are we still allowed to click on Adlinks?

I remember there was a rule, that publishers may click on Adlinks (but not on the ads that are on the following page).

I just wanted to see which ads there are and wanted to know: Are we still allowed to click on Adlinks?

yes, just don't click on the advert itself.
