My doughter just forced me to look on this web page in German.

When I saw this contence, I immedeately clicked on the AdSense ad
on this site....

....direct on the feedback link.

What sort of TOS breach would this be?

Try to bring 100.000 visitors to this site, or the cat will be killed.

Not clear what you mean. Calm down and explain a bit more?

It's about a page with a special method to get new visitors.

All the content of the page is

<A cat will be killed if X amount of visitors not reached by certain time period>

Imagine how 10 year old girls react on this...

Now that is sick! Any method of getting the police/authorities out on this person?

Actually that is a pretty funny (and old) advertising gimmick used for the first time in 1973 by a magazine.

Search for "if you don't buy this magazine, we'll kill this dog" on google and you'll find out.

As darkyl said, this is a derivative of one of the more famous magazine covers of all time, at least in the U.S.

I guess they figured they would recycle it. Apparently it is working.

I understand jetteroheller's reaction related to young viewers, but there are a lot more insidious things on the web then rehashing old advertising gimmicks.

As far as making the feedback link an AdSense link... I'm not clear on what he means.

I think he means he was reaching for the feedback link and accidentally clicked an adsense ad.

That would bring a bunch of low quality traffic.... Unless the person has ads all over the page in order to monetize...
