Affiliate javascript to persist domain name

I am using AdSense and recently signed up for an affiliate.

The affiliate provides javascript code to persist the affiliate link - allowing me to just link to the www.domain.com without providing the affiliate ID.

"# Webpages containing AdSense code may not be loaded by any software that can trigger pop-ups, redirect users to unwanted websites, modify browser settings, or otherwise interfere with site navigation. It is your responsibility to ensure that no ad network or affiliate uses such methods to direct traffic to pages that contain your AdSense code."

Is this against the AdSense terms of service to use this javascript? I don't know if this is considered modification of browser settings - and it's not being used to "direct traffic to pages that contain AdSense code".

Presumable, the JavaScript is for when a user clicks on the affiliate link. I would say it's okay, but my opinion means nothing- you should verify with Google.

Yes its fine, many affiliates work this way.

If someone clicks your affiliate link then they want to go to that destination your JS will just be providing information to the affiliate about the click for tracking.
