Best alternate Ads for AdSense blocks

I haven't used alternate ads for AdSense in a long time. Which alternate ads are working best for you? Can you please provide some recommendations?

I'm using amazon affiliate ads, works great but google nowadays has plenty of inventory so I don't get many of them to show anymore.

If you have multiple sites in related subjects, aka a network, why not advertise yourself in those areas?

Aren't there any ad network which gives decent CPM as alternative ads? How about TribalFusion?

Exactly what I do. Like swa66 however, my niche has plenty of inventory. Those self-serving ads rarely show.
